Mrs. Ranjana Gupta is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a Masters degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.

She specializes in handling complex assignments of Corporate Laws, Compliance of Provisions of Listing Agreement of Stock Exchanges, SEBI Guidelines, Reserve Bank of India Directions, Securities Laws, FEMA, Joint Ventures and Documentation etc.

Liasioning with Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Reserve Bank Of India, Various Stock Exchanges, Consumer Court and Director-General of Foreign Trade.

Under her guidance, our team emboldens a strong spirit of ethical practices in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors of the Client Companies. We further strive to lower the burden of the Directors by leveraging our in-depth knowledge and applying stringent quality processes in solving the complexities of company law and company secretarial practice promptly and correctly.
